After studying English Language & Linguistics at Durham, I found myself heading into a career in data planning at Wunderman Cato Johnson (as it was called at the time) as the agency's first ever data-grad trainee. This gave me a fantastic foundation into both the potential and complexity of structured data. I loved how speculation went out the window, and decisions were based on facts and figures.
20 years on, working for organisations including TBWA, Publicis, LIDA and Havas and this hasn’t changed. Using data to inform business decision making is crucial across businesses of all shapes and sizes, and doing so effectively drives successful outcomes.
I have worked with organisations across many sectors and still thrive on the impact data and insight has to transform an organisation.
After graduating with a Bsc Management Science degree, I joined dunnhumby, a first-class data consultancy that revolutionised loyalty and the use of data.
I fell in love with how data can be used to drive significant change for a business.
